I have ordered a new phone today because it stated in stock and 2-3 days delivery, I paid the £80 upgrade fee and then was told it wasn’t in stock. I wouldn’t have upgraded early if it was out of stock and am now very angry as I need the phone as I have sold my old phone and will be left without a phone.

Stock is being delayed due to lack of shipping from the manufacturers, so although o2 say 2-3 days its a best guess...
And no offence but never sell a device until you have the new phone in your hands, as you will still be paying the airtime plan.

Same for me! spoke to someone, they said they 'didn't know' when they'd have stock again and basically told me to just wait and see. she gave me £10 as a good will even though the phone I've just ordered is over £1000. its ridiculous.

i have the same issue waiting for new stock to arrive had no phone now for almost 2 weeks
