Upgrade and returning phone

Upgraded to a nearly new iPhone and it was in bad condition - have returned phone to o2 but they have not cancelled the upgrade - how long does it take to cancel ? Thanks

Easilyy 2 weeks under normal circumstances, but with reduced staff now, anyone's guess.

Keep calling them to chase it up.

When I spoke to them they said 24 hours from receipt - had for nearly a week and still no update - can’t upgrade to a new phone until they remove from my account. Very annoying but thanks for feedback
