Upgrade SIM only to phone

Hello just started my 12 months SIM only just like to know can I upgrade early to a phone.

I don't wish to start a debate about when it appears, I think it depends on whether this is your first sim contract. I renewed my sim only last month and the option to upgrade appeared immediately. If it had been my first sim only I doubt it would be available.

@jonsie I’m inclined to agree with that. A bit like if you open a new contract, you get a credit check but if you upgrade then there is no check

3 months ago this month but I actually can't upgrade if you know what I mean

You can pay in your MyO2 or by calling customer service.

They said its 120 to pay it off and. Now saying I have to wait 6 months. So another 3 month wait even tho app says upgrade time but then won't let you lol
