Hi, there has been some issues with my bills that have now been resolved. I am coming to the end of my contract in 1 month. Once I have cleared the outstanding balance, will I then be able to upgrade as normal? Regards

Thats good - the issues were around billing and charges that were disputed etc, it went to complaints team, and an agreement has been made and reached. So once I pay off the balance on Friday, i should be able to upgrade as normal in store or online, - is that correct?
