Probably covered in another post somewhere, so forgive me if this is a repeat!
Is there any difference in the prices between New Customers and existing customers? I know if I go through Online or a Store I will have to go on Refresh, but apparently CPW don't?
Also, if I choose to do nothing, will my existing tariff continue, or will I change to one of these SiM only tariffs?
Don't see the point of upgrading to a 4G handset or tariff as not yet nationwide! Currently have 2GB data and don't even use half that even with a 30 min FaceTime call!
Also like Travel in EU for £1.99/day and ability to tether for no extra charge!
Fortunately I managed to get iPhone unlocked ages ago so SIM card swaps between IPhone 5, Sony Tipo or an E71.

O2 directly offer the same prices to new or old customers - No difference.
Refresh is only available from O2 and not through CPW although typically you pay around £5 a month less with CPW.
You current contract will stay the same price but will become a 30 day rolling tariff - You can switch to a sim only tariff to save money or even drop to PAYG although you will lose the ability to tether on PAYG.
4g data allowances can still be used on 3G and O2 only offer contracts with 4G included now anyway.
The O2 travel allowances also vary between contract on PAYG (sim only tariffs are still classed as contracts for the sake of this discussion).
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Just to add to the excellent reply, you may possibly get a better deal than a new customer if you call through to retentions via the 'thinking of leaving us' option on 202. It depends who you speak to but worth a go.

Hi

Try to make a shortlist of phones then look them up on YouTube Reviews and then visit the HighStreet Shops to get a handle on the aesthetics and their UI.

I won't recommend any as everyone has their own wants and needs.

Enjoy the experience 😄
