I have made 6 calls to O2 now and I’m not getting any help
I had a contract with O2 which was out of the contract period, I decided I wanted to upgrade and checked prices with o2 which were very expensive
I went through a company called affordable mobiles who through o2 provided me with a new contract
I wanted to keep my original number but was allocated a new number, I want to transfer my old number onto the new account but also have an Apple Watch attached to original account.
I’ve spoke to 5 different o2 staff who
Say yes we can do that it will take 24 hours and on these 5 occasions this has not happened
I’m at a loss as to what to do as if I call up again I will be given the 24 hours story and nothing will change
Any advice would be appreciated
