I have returned to o2 but when setting up my account all my old info is there including my balance. I want it all transferred to my new number.

This is a customer to customer forum so you would need to speak to customer service on 202. They would be able to assist you.

If you have a new account you will also have a new log in so you need to check your emails or contracts for the log in details or call CS on 202 for them.
