This is my first phone, and I wanted a sim for it I was checking if my phone was 5g ready and I thought it was. Now I have a 5g sim arriving and I cant check anything because I don't have a number to verify with. Is the anything I can do?

It doesn't matter if your phone is 5G or not. A 5G SIM works just as well with 4G 3G or 2G.  Just means you are future proofed if your phone is 4G

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
