Hi @Lana123
You need to obtain a sim card from another network (not O2), for example, Three, Vodafone or EE (free sims can be got from their websites), then insert the new sim into your phone.
When you turn on the phone, you will get a message that says "SIM network locked. Enter PIN" (or similar) and then very carefully enter the unlock code you have been given.
Select enter or done and your phone will restart and will be unlocked.
