Trying to transfer from sim O2 to Sky - asked for advice on how to do this on Saturday and was provided with a PAC code which I then activated through Sky.  No mention made of requirement to unlock phone. Now apparently need to wait seven days for the unlock phone PIN number or pay £15.00 to have my O2 sim reactivated.  Does it really take seven days?  Absolutely ridiculous!

Do you still have access to My O2? You can request an unlock through there.

 

It is usually quicker than seven days though.
