Hy I pay my bill all ready but still my sim is block how we can unlock

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You need to contact O2, although it can take time for your payment to clear

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@N_ It can take 48 hours for a payment to clear O2's account, and longer if you paid on the weekend. If you want to avoid problems like this in the future, set up a Direct Debit.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
