I have a number on my bill that I’ve been charged for texting but don’t recognise and I can’t find the texts. As this number has been messaged many times I’m at a loss. I can’t find an answer online Please advise
You will need to contact customer services on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from a landline.
These texts could be service messages from Apps, but customer services should be able to help.

If you are texting from abroad, your bill will show the international sms gateway number, not the actual number you are texting.
