So I just upgraded and am waiting for my new phone to arrive. How long will it take for my new phone to be my working phone with network etc? Do I need to swap my SIM card over from my old phone to my new phone or will I receive a new one?Thank you

Resolved! iPhone 12 order refunded - no explanation

I ordered a new iPhone, signed contract and gave bank details. Ordered completed and was told on the way. 2 days later I got email saying it would be refunded by cash management team.There was no explanation as to why
