I have been through all the stock help options but cannot find an explanation. I tried the chatbot but it is not operating outside stock answers. I looked through my Bill. The charge does not occur in any part of it except "Adjustments".

I tried calling 202, but every option I chose simply said goodbye and hung up. I think the only way I could get to speak to someone is if I press the option as if I had been scammed.

There is £51 extra on my bill with no information other than"adjustments".

Why is there no email help contact?

Should I cancel my direct debit and force them to contact me?

I wouldn't cancel your direct debit at all @Graeme_C

That would bring you a world of trouble with credit rating.

Don't do that as they won't contact you other than to tell you that you haven't paid either by text or email. Then your phone would be restricted and credit rating affected. Next step debt collection.

Keep trying to call, choose fraud if necessary.
