Hi, been told for the fifth time today from O2 online chat that the system is down for trading in using O2 Refresh which I could start today. Anyone having the same problem? I’m trying to refresh and trade in my iPhone 8 for an X or Xs...

They said they have an error on the system, I think they’ve blocked it for Refresh, can’t even trade refresh online, there is no option, only an option to recycle or keep phone.

Live chat have no idea & I wouldn’t listen. Try calling customer service or doing it through your local store
