Solved: Unable to top up online with French address

I have an o2 sim to use in the UK but cannot top up online with my visa card from a UK bank but with a French billing address - why? We are in Europe? When visiting New Zealand I did not have this problem I used my UK visa with my french address to top up on line.

I think I will have to find a different provider for the future 😞

Check first which UK networks allow you to do so, or top up with a voucher or at an ATM....

Thanks yes I will do more research next time! Credit ran out at night and just wanted to top up quickley and easily online but can't enter a French address 😕 So silly had to use my French phone
