Unable to receive calls since joining O2

I have recently joined O2 from Virgin mobile (about a month). I requested a pac code from Virgin mobile which I received and passed it on to O2 to port over my number. Since the time of joining I was unaware I wasn't receiving calls as I did receive text messages and certain calls namely from my partner and my father. But I have had this number for nearly 20 years and use it for my business as well as personal use. I did notice I have had a huge reduction in calls to do with my business but I put it down to the new variant of Covid. Since last week I have received text messages from customers saying they are unable to get through to me and it comes up with a automated message from EE. I don't belong to EE and never have. I did receive a call from EE yesterday saying I have been given this number by mistake and they need to issue me a new number. My reply was not a bloody chance and explain I have had this number for nearly 20 years. Since then I have been in contact with O2 (if you can call it contact). My last message to them they were going to put me on live chat but after 3 hours of waiting I gave up. I hate to think how much business I have lost through this and I am totally frustrated with O2 and to the point of being angry that they seem to have a no sense of urgency to resolve this major issue. I know any replies from here won't solve my issue I just needed to vent my frustration and anger with the customer service and their lack of communication lines from O2.
