Is this a scam as it looks genuine but I became suspicious and checked MyO2 app and bill is paid... [link beginning with o2-update.ref ..... removed] this is the text message link. Can anyone confirm?

The message read, "O2:We were unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid fees, update your billing information"

It is a scam. Delete the message and don't click on the link or enter details. You can forward it to the fraud dept at 7726 or report it to action fraud.

@Richt99

It's been reported already on here and is definitely a scam.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks guys for the advice above on what to do. I've removed the link from the first post just in case so no-one will click it and end up there. slight_smile
