Unable to print off my bill

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

Getting an error message "DASH_ERR04: The account number in the target address is invalid" when trying to print off a bill. Not working in Chrome or Edge, have deleted cookies and all that stuff. I have 2 phones included in the account and it works for one and not the other. Help!

Thanks @adamtemp64

@Anonymous Thanks for taking the time to post about this. We have a main thread going on the bill download situation and would like to keep the conversation in one place. As such I'll lock this thread and ask that you discuss in this thread. I'll be updating that thread as soon as I have more info. wink

Forum is full of this if you do a search.
O2 have been investigating it for weeks and getting nowhere with it!

Thanks for the replies, have reported to customer services. For a well known issue, I was getting a bit of a blank look down the phone - will wait and see.

Yes, everything is fine with O2. It's the customers at fault!
