I am abroad and my DD hasn't gone through - looks like a banking failure. The O2 network is off so I can't call customer support, and I am unable to log into my acc via the web or into my O2 app (to pay directly or to have a chat with customer support) as I can't receive the security code (no network, no messages). So how can I pay the bill?

Or Guide: A Guide to Skype to contact Payment Management on +44 800 902 0217 or the Payment line as per the guide above, again +44 instead of leading 0 in 0800 number.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Social Media should work, try them first. Good luck!
