Unable to call one number

I cam unable to make a call to one number.
I can send a text message to the number.
Other people can call the number.
I receive invalid number message
What can I do to fix this

@Cleoriff you are probably correct in what you say about O2.
I really cannot understand why a new SIM would fix the problem, as I can call any other number.

So, I spent over half an hour on chat with 2nd line guru yesterday.
They were also unable to resolve my problem. They referred my problem to technical engineer, I was told they will contact me.
Lo and behold, a miracle has happened, I can phone my wife now, without any further contact from O2.
