I upgraded my account yesterday and the new phone arrived today. I've set it up and tried to use my unidays code however whenever I send the code from unidays it states "O2: Oops that's the wrong discount code. Check the code and try again, Or call us on 2202 for more information". I've done both steps, when I call they're only interested in if you're upgrading or leaving so that's not helpful. Has anyone had a similar problem and been able to get help with it?
