i really am at my wits end with these shower of @@@@@@@@ been on the phone for over 3 hours now to various parts of the 02 empire from bolton to india and back to the uk
i have two contracts that i got a settlement figure from them which agreed with my My02
i paid that amount now three weeks later getting chase emails for £9.42
cant use their payment line as doesnt work
been cut off three times
02 shop cant help
and a young lady in india claims she sorted it then took out more money which is the same amount as the airtime amount
how many times to i have to put mysellf out because their systems dont work
anyone know a UK based number that can sort please

absolute idiots take my details for two accounts and dont take the device plan amount BUT the airtime amount although that isnt due to be paid until 4 th may
and ringing from the phones in question say that there is NO device plan amount DUE
