and 02 have managed to mess up my credit file goes from owing £75 to settle my accounts to now Owing £125 with no explanation and NO email/Text/Calls as ive paid more than the settlement figure disgraceful waste of customer loyality

and emma cant help either but thats ok customer with 5 monthly accounts has plenty of options

and now getting threating letters saying going to cut me off BUT they cant take payment for a mistake they made SURELY there is a UK BASED CUSTOMER DEPT

does anyone on here actually work for 02
