Trying to get a new contract - So. Incredibly. Awful.

I signed up for a new contract on Thursday night and I've been told to wait for another week before it can go through. My credit check hasn't been done yet. Is this normal?

 

Everyone keeps telling me to wait and that it could take 3 to 5 days, but I don't understand why? My husband signed up for a contract with Three and got his phone the next working

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Online - even if there were additional checks to do, they should have contacted me and asked me for it right?

 

I've tried the online chat to work out what's going on, and they first said it would be done the same day, then the next day and then 3-5 working days. Sounds like they haven't got a clue.
