Hello,
I've just upgraded my contract, changed tariff, and started a new contract on a new phone.
I've tried to add the O2 Open Discount, however it's saying I'm out with the 28 days to apply the code - the contract start date given is for my previous contract.
Is this just a matter of waiting for it to update? Everywhere else on My 02 states I'm on the new Tariff, with new phone on the way.
I've tried to contact costumer support with no luck, the agents just don't respond. Please help!
