I just started a new contract and chose my 100gb tariff as I was told it would include Travel Inclusive. I travel worldwide with work so the extra countries are a must for me.
I can’t see anything in my account suggesting I have this, do I need to do something to set it up?

It's O2 you need confirmation from @WishboneMark 

If you've been misinformed by MPD, you'll then need to go back to them but they can't add it if O2 say it's not available to you.

Hopefully just an error in account setup though.

I spoke to someone at O2 and they agree it should be on my account but I need to speak to MPD.
If MPD can’t add it then an email from them to O2 will resolve it - apparently
