Resolved! No network! New 5G sim same phone number!

I got upgrade to iPhone 12 and 5G sim. Have the same mobile number. It’s been 24hours now and no network! Can’t see any signal! Got WiFi. Tried switching phone off taking sim out etc but nothing!
