Travel Inclusive

I just started a new contract and chose my 100gb tariff as I was told it would include Travel Inclusive. I travel worldwide with work so the extra countries are a must for me.
I can’t see anything in my account suggesting I have this, do I need to do something to set it up?

You'll need to call O2 then.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Actually, looking at this https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/sim-only-deals#deviceType=phone&contractLength=P12M 

You need the 150gb tariff to get travel inclusive.

It's not advertised on the 100gb tariff.

It’s pay monthly not sim only, it said on tariffs over 90gb, checked and confirmed be Mobile Phones Direct before I purchased

They confirmed it over the phone on 2 occasions.
Thanks for your help, I’ll try calling both MPD and O2.
Only received the new phone and contract started today so I’m guessing they can assist
