As O2 customer services are currently in meltdown following yesterdays debacle, it seems like I'll never get hold of them so...........
Please can anyone explain to me what I need to do now.
My current o2 contract is about to expire. I didnt take the upgrade offer with CPW but found a better deal for a Samsung Galaxy elsewhere. This has now arrived but I would like to transfer my old number to this contract. Can anyone explain my next step along this road please.
