Hi Ive bent my sim card as I blocked someone but they could still text me. I want a new sim with different number and my balance to be transferred.

Thank you. I wont be near an o2 shop inn the near future so can I purchase one somewhere else and call cust service to set up the transfer?

https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards and then you would need to do the sim swap to keep your number, It really is quicker popping instore
