Transferred number to o2 - iMessage won’t work

Just got a new sim only deal, iMessage won’t activate along with FaceTime. Voicemail won’t allow me to set a greeting. O2 priority won’t send me a code either. Is this just a wait 24 hour thing or is there an issue as ringing 202 seems impossible to get in touch with anyone, all automated and eventually just says goodbye and hangs up. Help!

I would presume so. Visual voicemail works and internet data works, just can’t use iMessage FaceTime, set a voicemail greeting or set up wifi calling. It won’t send me a text when I go to the my details tab either so I’m presuming I need to call them tomorrow

Have you updated the number on the phone?
It is something like
Settings>My phone>My number
