This is how we do it, and it saves a lot of hassle and takes the burden from the business.

A month before the contract expires, get PAC codes and tell the employees to get a PAYG sim and port the number to the new sim, then when they want to migrate it back to either o2 or another network it is a simplet port in.

The other way is to be on the phone at the same time as the employee and authorise the transfer, they will need there own contracts in place first and from past experience it can be a royal mess at times.

This guide might help Guide: Migration & porting into O2

Would it be easier to just get a new contract with another provider and use the PAC code to transfer?

Yeah some people do it that way, and to be honest that is so much easier slight_smile  I was assuming they wanted to stay with o2.. slight_smile
