Transferred number not updated iMessage & FaceTime

I transferred to O2 this month and bought my old number across. iMessage and FaceTime are not picking up my old number. How do I resolve this? Thanks

Go to Settings. Phone.  My number and change to your correct number.

I’ve done this but it hasn’t changed it. It’s still showing the 02 number which I can’t delete

Follow the path carefully to ensure you are in the correct place.
After changing your number press add at the top of screen then reboot your phone.
