Transferred from Virgin Mobile. How long before arrival of sim card?

Assuming that Virgin ordered the sim, they are posted out first class.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Normally 24-48 hrs but with the postal strikes can take longer. If it's not here in a week then

At the moment Royal Mail is back to normal.

May be ok in your area @Enlli, it isn't in mine. Royal Mail and ParcelForce sacked a lot of their agency staff in Warwickshire, which means the remaining staff are still playing catch up. I got an appointment for a scan 2 days after I should have gone for it. Posted a birthday card first class on the 27th Jan for the 31st and I can only presume it's still in transit!

Totally dependent on where you live I think.
