I am a virgin customer 02 joined as a package deal on an 18mth contract that finish in April 2024 i changed from 02 mobile contract 3mths ago but still getting bills for mobile why

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302

I think you need to be aware that contracts don't just end after the minimum term @Pat8 , you need to cancel them somehow - either by telling the provider to end the service, or porting your number elsewhere.
