Repeating charge of £0.65 on latest bill -- for what??

On my latest bill there are a number of charges for £0.65 each.  I wOuld like to know what the charges relTE TO.

Agree with @jonsie . 65p is the charge for sending a Picture Message (MMS) and they are not included in your allowance.
