Transfer of number

Hi,

I was with Tesco and just got a new contract with O2 and I have filled out the form to transfer my number across. I have noticed today I am not receiving any calls or texts on my Tesco sim. I have put my 02 sim into my phone but this is still showing as the incorrect number.
Is my number being transferred across? How will I know when this has happened?

Settings >Phone >My Number.

Edit, save and reboot

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
