Transfer of Ownership

My son has an apple watch and phone on 02.  Its in my ex husbands name and he pays the bill.  Its out of contract and I need to take over ownership of the phone and bill.

Ex husband says that we need to both talk to 02 on his phone to sort this out.  I don't want ex in my new home.  is there a way of doing a conference call to arrange this?

Is there an easier way of transferring the bill etc to me but keep the mobile number?

Your son needs to take out new contracts in his name before the phone number can be transferred to the new contract.

Once that's done a conference call can be done between your son and ex.

In that case yes. 18 is the minimum age for a contract.
