Hi I rang yesterday agreed a date and payment dates as am financially difficulties and you have tried to take money out and have gave me a bank charge

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If there is a regular Direct Debit going out it would have already been going through the system. Need at least 5 clear days to stop a DD
