I want to trade in my phone and use it to pay off my outstanding balance and then upgrade my phone. But when I go to upgrade it just wants to take the trade in off my new monthly payments what can I do?
You need to trade it in first and have the cash in your bank account and pay it off that way, as you need to pay off your device plan first before been able to upgrade.
