Hello everybody.  I was sent a text last month telling me that if I topped up by £15 02 would add another £15.  This amount has not been added to my account!  Also how long does it last when added?

Thanks for that.   For information:  I rang 02 who told me that the bonus £15 is a 'reality' bonus and does not appear on the account.   It lasts for 5 days!!!    Good deal then!Not!!!

Not bad for nothing though. The good news is that will be used first and your allowances will stay intact until the five days have expired.

For example, send sms at number 83,222 - the cost of £ 5?

Very doubtful as these premium numbers are debited from the credit on your phone. The bonus credit from O2 is a virtual credit and doesn't actually appear on the phone.

I wonder how many firms get complaints for giving stuff away free?

There are some strange people about.

I do think O2 could make it a bit clearer though about what you get and that it won't show in your balance.

You should be happy with £15 free credit, I know I would
