Top up £20 Disney+ for three months offer

I received a text saying if i topped up £20  before 30 Jan 2021 i would be sent a link to register and start watching, and that I had until 31 Mar 2021 to activate. I topped up £20 today and my £10 tariff has been taken off my balance but no link or message regarding Disney+ has been sent to me. How do I activate this reward?

It can take 5 to 7 days for O2 to respond to such offers, but if worried, call customer service on 4445,

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
