Ive been trying to contact a O2 customer service since 5.45pm and its now 7.40pm i give up...
The lines are busy because of the iphone release so what are we as existing customers suppose to do just wait in line or call in couple of days times lol
This is just crazy thats all that i am saying....
Has anyone else been waiting like this for long...
And they cut the phone 2 times on me aswell while i was talking...
Buts its ok...
I will try back tommorow

Weekend is going to be a problem too mate. Plus there will be all the people ringing who didn't get deliveries today. Anything we can help with?

Hi

I rang them yesterday to sort out a bolt on issue on 4445 Payg for me and got through pretty fast. This was about 2pm.

Either try live chat , keep trying the phone or can we help ?

I rang o2 this afternoon.

I tried the cancellations team and a recorded message said that they were very busy, that i should try another time and cut me off.

I rang back and spoke to CS who then put me through to Network Services. Fairly quick response times
