I have been charged on some of my monthly bills for 'things you've bought'. I would like to know what these 'things' are please. How do I do this?

Contract or 4445 payg or use live chat if your myo2 is not clarifying.

Their is a service called charge to mobile - direct to bill. You can ask for a bar to stop this from happening.

When my bill shows 'Things I have bought' it relates specifically to Travel Data...

(I have just been in and checked)...

Last month I was abroad and turned on Data Roaming twice and my bill shows that's what I was charged for...
