I then received a Samsung a8. That's no good. The idea of loyalty is designed to help the simple process of fair treatment. Always payed the bill.... Well its in my mums name but I still pay... Then I accidentally broke a8 and sent that back expecting Samsung at least but no I got a Sony experia not sure what one... 1. The camera does not work or if I try it shuts down my phone then it comes on. 2. Its not accepting any sim cards.. 3 no sim no comformation code for my social apps which I use to keep in contact with my kids. 4...no sim no contact in or out. I rely on 02 and give them all my loyalty and over 10 years of it. I use my phone a lot for handyman jobs labourer jobs I use it to make a living and now I had to borrow money just because 02 will not send replacement hard set.....
