@Irene8 A new sim should have been included. You can still use your old sim in the interim, and call customer service to request a new sim: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Once you receive your new sim you will have to do a sim swap: SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community
Alternatively, if you have an O2 store near you, call in and they will provide a new sim with your details on it. Be sure to bring identification with you.
