Hi @Anonymous just to add....'signing a contract electronically'  means O2 email you a link to the credit agreement ..which after reviewing the terms and conditions ...you click on to accept

Check your emails and spam box too for an email from o2.
It's all done online now, nothing to actually sign on paper if done on the website.
