Texts from previous months bill

I can’t see my September bill on my iPhone 7. I want to see numbers I text on a particular day. How do I access my previous months bill?

The normal way is described in the help here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-do-I-get-to-the-Download-Bill-page/ba-p/101... but if you are missing a month in yours you need to call customer service on 202 for help.

though as @MI5 says in this guide.....

"If you choose "View Previous Bills" you will see your last 6 bills (if you want more you need to log in online). Each monthly bill has a + next to it which if you tap it will open up a breakdown of each of the bills."
