@Arczi If you cancel your contract you will make it even worse for yourself. Follow the link provided by @jonsie and maybe you can get this resolved.

@ArcziHere are the contact details for Snackgames. It may be quicker if you contact them yourself. Ask to unsubscribe and for a refund  https://www.online-help.co.uk/snack-gamescustomercare

Then also report them via the link given by @jonsie

As @Bambino says do NOT just cancel your direct debit. This will create more problems

@Arczi the issue here isn't O2's they will have paid the company the charged you will willingly or unwittingly have subscribed to. O2 will not know what you have and have not authorised to pay via your phone bills.

Sadly this is a large scale problem for all UK networks, as people sign up unknowingly via links in facebook and the likes.

You will need to keep up your DD with O2 and continue to pay your bill and chase snackgames independently. If you cancel your DD and stop paying your O2 bill it will come back to haunt you in the future when you request a mortgage, loan, credit card etc and get rejected due to failed payment marks on your credit rating
